How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?

Each COA lists the accession number, testing dates, and your product's specific details — CAS number, lot quantity, confirmed identity, purity percentage, and physical appearance. You'll also see two charts: an HPLC chromatogram showing the purity peak, and mass spectrometry data confirming molecular weight. A signed summary table and the testing methodology are included on every report.

What purity level do I need for my research?

Most in-vitro research protocols call for 95–99%+ purity. Lower-purity compounds can introduce variables that add noise to your results and make findings harder to reproduce. Our standard catalog sits at 98%+ or 99%+ purity, verified independently on every batch.

How should I store and handle reconstituted peptides?

Reconstituted peptide solutions are generally stable for several days when kept at 2–8°C. For longer-term storage, prepare small aliquots and freeze at -20°C or -80°C, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Use sterile bacteriostatic water and aseptic technique throughout preparation and handling.

What sizes and volume discounts are available?

Standard vial sizes range from 2mg to 20mg depending on compound, with larger formats available on select products. Volume discounts apply starting at 3 vials of the same product, scaling up from there — contact us for bulk research-lab pricing.

What is your return policy?
